"Had an accident where another driver pulled in front of me. Filed a claim and called my agent for guidance. Did not receive a call back for three days. Agent claims she never received a message. Wasn’t until the other driver filed a claim against my policy that I actually received a call back and that was simply to tell me that State Farm was trying to get a hold of me to question what happened. Even though I had already filed a claim of my own several days before and absolutely no one contacted me. Perhaps you should invest in better office workers then.
After getting the run around from State Farm because the other driver had State Farm as well. Other driver received an at fault ticket, but State Farm told me they were looking at Mutual fault. Wasn’t until I let them know there was a dash cam available they changed their tune.
They totaled out my truck and then took three days to give me the money. After which, even though it wasn’t my fault, they attempted to increase my premium 2.5 times what it was prior to the accident that was not my fault.
Both State Farm and this agent need to learn customer service if they expect to retain anyone in the future."
